Unless we have a different arrangement with you, the cost is $459 for the online survey. This includes setting up your church for online participation, instructions for participation, and final report generation. The final report is generated in a PowerPoint format, and is designed to be printed in color, single-sided. Additional options includes: paper surveys ($3/each – minimum of $60), printed and bound final report ($80/each includes shipping), and follow-up coaching or debrief from a TAG consultant (based on hourly rates as outlined in our reseller agreement). Customer service is billed at $83/hour and tech support is billed at $193 hour. Reseller is responsible for any support that TAG provides to Reseller's client.

Fifteen minutes of non-technical customer support is included during the survey process, in addition to standard administration, instructions for participation, and report generation. Additional non-technical customer support is billed at a rate of $83/hour in 15-minute increments. Technical support and developed is billed at a rate of $193/hour. Support rates are subject to change with written notice.

In addition to electronic delivery of the final report, my church would like TAG to print and mail us a final copy for $80.
We would like a one hour coaching debrief with a TAG consultant after receiving our report for $150.
We will use paper surveys. Please send us a master copy of the paper survey. We understand that we will be invoiced $60 for the master survey. If you return more than 35 surveys, you will be invoiced $3 per survey.
We may wish to use custom questions. Please send us the Custom Questions document to assist us in making this decision. Up to 10 custom questions can be added at a cost of $40 each.
